Founder and executive coach Jay Damron is a passionate sports mentor hailing from Carrollton, KY. With a storied background in soccer and basketball, he honed his skills during his high school days and continued his soccer career at the University of the Cumberlands, showcasing his talent for two impactful years. Opting to prioritize family, Jay transitioned to a professional career while continuing to nurture his love for the game. Currently, he serves on the Corbin High School boys coaching staff, infusing his experience and expertise into the team's development. Jay's coaching philosophy revolves around instilling values of discipline, teamwork, and perseverance, not just honing athletic prowess but shaping well-rounded individuals. Through his and the rest of the coaching staff's guidance, Corbin's young athletes not only excel on the field but also grow into responsible, respectful members of the community, embodying the true spirit of sportsmanship.
